THURSDAY 15 JUNE, 10.00AM - 3.00PM

Join Polly Nicholson of Bayntun Flowers in her Cutting Gardens.

The day will start with a tour of the formal walled gardens and the more agricultural flower field where Polly will talk you through the sourcing, planting and harvesting of the rare and wonderful flowers she grows for her smallscale business. June is the month of paeonies, roses and sweet peas, which there will be in abundance.

After a delicious organic lunch in the greenhouse Polly will demonstrate her method of creating scented, textural arrangements, before it is your turn to have a go. Your hand-tied bunches will be wrapped ready to take home with you at the end of the day.

Please bring wellies and cash or cheques for vintage jugs and buckets, flower and plant purchases.
